Chardonnay 50%, Semillón 50%.

Tasting Notes:
La Linda Extra Brut is a golden sparkling wine with green hints.  Extremely aromatic, it stands out for its white fruits and honey notes within a context of harmony and balance.  It has a refreshing acidity that adds tension and fluidity on the palate, boasting at the same time, a compact, refined and complete aftertaste.

Ageing potential:
2 years.

Recommended wine serving temperature:
8°C.

Recommended pairings:
A perfect match for aperitifs or with fish and seafood.  It also harmonizes with sushi and white fish ceviches.
